- Or “what does a new fitout / landscape / building” look like in a given setting.

3D Spatial Scan: Existing Conditions
- 3D Scan of the existing site conditions, building, asset, or object.
- Can be small or large scale such as city skyline conditions, or rural farmland.
- Based upon combination of ground level and drone capture points.
- Best practice: align our data with 3rd party consultants such as Survey Plan. Does not replace Surveyor.

3D CAD

- 3D document your building, as you already do.
- We combine it with (2A) the scanned existing site conditions.
Step_3
AI Visuals
(from 3D / CAD)
- High fidelity, high resolution images from documentation grade (ie CAD) models. Eg as produced in step 2A/2B.
- Custom trained AI is optimised for viewer attraction and emotional response: warmth, mood, realism.
- No longer need to re-model, re-texture supplied 3d models for photorealism.
- 100% spatially accurate.
- Cuts weeks out of traditional render process.

3D Spatial Scan: Completed Conditions
- 3D Scan of your completed building, asset, object.
- Have a documented record of the newly completed building.
- Can freely generate 4k video and 8k images from unlimited locations.

Spatial Scans create a completely realistic digital asset of your site, building or object.
Your decisions are therefore informed in full fidelity, and not based upon memory or physical limitation.

AI Visuals

AI Visuals (from 3D / CAD) allow output of high fidelity, high resolution images from documentation grade (ie CAD) models.
Meaning you skip the most time intensive steps of producing traditional 3d renders. We’re talking weeks.
